Job Description
Responsible for producing market and economic evaluations of potential business opportunities for all Accor luxury and lifestyle brands in Latin America and Spanish speaking Caribbean, identifying, and pursuing new business initiatives and management opportunities, and supporting the development team with all aspects of the business, including conferences, pitch preparation and deal approval process.
Qualifications
Hospitality or business administration bachelor’s degree, Master’s or MBA Degree a plus.
Minimum 6 years progressive hotel/or similar focused expertise in real estate finance, acquisitions, feasibility and/or banking. Ideally experienced in managing significant complex hotel projects/negotiations including deal structuring and closing.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate, influence and generate confidence, trust and respect.
Strong Excel modeling and Powerpoint and business writing skills.
Excellent communication skills.
