To lead the FCC function for HUB
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the implementation of risk management, financial compliance and controls (Business Process Controls, Internal and External Audits), and provide necessary information to internal and external auditors.
- Perform risk assessments, walkthroughs, and tests of design and operating effectiveness of controls.
- Assess and analyze activities related to Segregation of Duties and mitigation thereof.
- Provide training and support to control owners to strengthen internal control compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-cultural and cross-country control owners, CXO stakeholders, and in-country FC&C teams.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments and best practices in the field of financial controls and compliance.
Essential Requirement:
- Professional certification such as Chartered Accountant
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 12+ years of working experience in SoX reviews and internal audits
- Extensive experience in financial compliance, risk management, and internal control, related tools and software.
Desirable requirements:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage cross-cultural and cross-country teams.
- Experience of Independently working with cross country teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
