We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior HR Business Partner to support our executive leadership team and senior leaders across multiple business units. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about building scalable people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and growth.

As a key member of our HR team, you’ll act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior stakeholders, helping shape organizational design, talent development, and workforce planning. You’ll also lead and coach a team of HR Business Partners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to design and execute enterprise-wide people strategies.
  • Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Use data and KPIs to drive strategic decisions around employee experience, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support organizational design efforts, including structure planning, change management, and communication strategies.
  • Coach and develop HR Business Partners across nearshore and domestic teams.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and legal experts to navigate employment regulations, especially across LATAM.
  • Lead onboarding strategies for senior hires and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Contribute to enterprise HR initiatives, including policy alignment, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
  • Act as a key advisor on sensitive HR matters, ensuring compliance and consistency across business units.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in strategic HR business partnering, with exposure to executive-level stakeholders.

Proven experience leading or coaching HR professionals.

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.

Solid understanding of talent management, performance frameworks, and workforce planning.

Experience working with KPIs and data to inform HR strategy (e.g., retention, development plans, engagement).

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint are essential); SAP experience is a plus.

Familiarity with employment laws and practices in LATAM is a strong advantage.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a startup mindset.

Bachelor’s degree required.
