Overview
The Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is seeking a Business Partner Manager to support financial strategy and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for a collaborative, analytical, and business-oriented finance professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about driving impact through financial insights.
Role• Partner with business units to identify financial opportunities, address challenges, and support operational decisions. • Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. • Deliver financial analysis and performance insights to guide business decisions and improve resource allocation. • Translate financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders. • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Product, Services, Legal, Accounting, and Deal Management. • Conduct investment and business case analysis to evaluate initiatives and support prioritization. • Monitor industry trends and competitive benchmarks to inform financial planning. • Ensure adherence to financial policies and internal controls. • Prepare and present financial reports and insights to leadership in a clear and concise manner.
