Role Overview:
The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, evaluate, and hire high-quality talent. This role partners closely with hiring managers to deliver effective staffing solutions while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with organizational goals.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate and execute all recruiting systems as directed by management.
- Administer the agent referral program.
- Track and document recruiting activities using designated systems.
- Screen, interview, and assess agent candidates using company-approved methods.
- Build and maintain networking sources and centers of influence.
- Participate in career fairs, seminars, and professional organizations.
- Implement passive recruiting strategies including internet sourcing, job boards, and cold calling.
- Recommend improvements to recruiting and selection processes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
