Role Description
As a Product Analyst II you will create and manage personal lines insurance programs, assisting in the coordination of all phases of new product introduction and product maintenance.
You will collaborate in building the tools necessary for our Personal Line rate revision (auto, home, umbrella). This involves understanding the Personal Lines products and rating structures, historical rate changes and state-specific information, and also possessing excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
More specifically, you will:
- Maintain contact with State Offices and Personal Lines Marketing to benefit product development activities.
- Analyze, research and create new personal lines insurance products which are likely to be implemented territory-wide.
- Coordinate development and implementation of new personal lines insurance products with other functional departments
- Chair and coordinate meetings where assigned.
- Initiate preparation and publication of procedure bulletins, field bulletins and marketing kits regarding the introduction of new products.
- Follow up regularly with other functional departments, Agents/District Managers, State Offices and Service Centers to verify that new products have been implemented correctly.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in product, pricing or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, Analytics.
- Insurance industry experience (nice to have)
- Fluency in English
- Availability to go to the office in Mexico City 3 times per week
