Summary:
Takes ownership for execution and change management for small to medium complex and core operational initiatives within Service Operations. Leads and facilitates small teams in the implementation of business solutions affecting employees, customers and agents aligning with the enterprise strategy. Provides business analytics and problem resolution alternatives aimed at the improvement of service, efficiency and quality. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and business units to implement solutions aligning with enterprise strategy.
Responsibilites:
- Independently leads the execution and change management of small to medium scale strategic and core operational initiatives supporting people, processes, tools, and technology.
- Participates in and contributes to the project execution and change management of large, high-level complex operations projects.
- Partners with project leads and stakeholders in the identification and development of business solutions, execution of strategic initiatives, research, analysis and documentation.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to execute on projects and core operational initiatives that support strategy within the portfolio.
- Partners closely with cross functional teams such as Digital, Product, IT and Underwriting to create solutions supporting business objectives.
- Reinforces change management plans and applies structured methodology to change management activities.
- Conducts impact analysis, assesses change readiness, identifies key stakeholders and executes activities supporting change management.
- Collaborates with leaders on the change impact of strategic initiatives and develops change management documentation with guidance from direct manager.
- Leads and directs small business analysis reviews and activities for business units to assist in determining root cause analysis along with impact.
- Escalates issues affecting internal operations systems and external customers such as reported application defects.
- Stays current on Service Operations change initiatives, and takes measures to understand and lead change including possible system enhancements to improve customer experience.
- Regularly develops and conducts presentations and communication plans outlining the execution of strategic initiatives and change management.
- Presents business results, impact, timelines and recommendations to leaders and key stakeholders.
- May assist in maintaining necessary documentation for department.
