Responsible for supporting Distribution objectives for acquisition, retention, cross-selling, profitability, and agency development by assisting in advanced analytic projects. Implements local market planning and analysis. Leverages agent and district information to make business decisions regarding areas of opportunity, segmentation of agents, planning, etc. Assists with creation of scorecards, agency development presentations to Sr. Leadership, and campaign management reporting. Assists with a multitude of diverse projects ranging from Planning, Agency and Segmentation to deriving actionable rules for trigger based marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • This Marketing Analyst position will be responsible for all data and analytics functions for Auto, Property, and Ancillary Products in order to help support sales & marketing (customer acquisition, cross-sell, retention, profitability, etc...).
  • This professional will conduct analysis on product and campaign performance, customer profile/segmentation, trend analysis, opportunity identification, A/B testing, and profitability.
  • Will be responsible for developing any reporting necessary for that analysis, working cross-functionally within the Direct BU and across the enterprise, as needed.
  • Will also represent our team on any needed data integration projects in order to ensure accurate sales and marketing reporting.
  • Responsible for supporting Distribution objectives for acquisition, retention, cross-selling, and profitability by assisting in advanced analytic projects and making recommendations for in-market testing to drive sales growth.
  • Implements local market planning and analysis. Leverages agent and district information to make business decisions regarding areas of opportunity, segmentation of agents, planning, etc.

  • Assists with a multitude of diverse projects ranging from Planning, Agency and Segmentation to deriving actionable rules for trigger based marketing campaigns.
  • Devises new and innovative applications for existing concepts.
  • Creates develops and refines analytics within the organization.
  • Compiles, analyzes and maintains reports and charts for Distribution.
  • Analyzes and reports adverse trends to Distribution Management Coordinates with other teams members on Distribution projects.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working as a Data Analysis or related roles
  • Experience working with SQL
  • Data vsiualization tools such as PowerBI
  • Entry level in Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience working on statistics and mathematical modeling
