Job Summary

This role manages creative business to consumer acquisition direct mail and email in conjunction with business to business sales enablement content. Creates content using data-driven insights for consumer and account acquisition.

Essential Job Functions
  • Is responsible for the business to business marketing initiatives.
  • Drives stakeholder engagement across sales, external partners, agency relationships, legal and product teams to build value proposition for the go to market sales story.
  • Leads cross-functional activities and planning processes, manages timelines and ensures timely completion of all deliverables for crucial business to business marketing initiatives.
  • Liaises with and informally leads marketing and sales enablement initiatives to build and deliver internal messaging to educate client-facing teams on the value of products and relevant content.
  • Creates and manages business to consumer content from conception to completion along with analyzing results to inform future optimizations for direct mail, multi-carrier broker communications including email, and multi-product communications and onsite material.
  • Manages the creative development process from brief through production with internal and outside agency partners to deliver assets on time and on budget.
  • Leverages artificial intelligence and analytics performance data to develop and refine marketing strategies.
  • Through this, improves response rates and enhances client experiences across marketing tactics.
  • Develops and executes test and learn plans to refine messaging and drive improvement in results.
  • Stays abreast of industry best practices and understands the changing consumer employee benefits landscape.

RequirementsExperience Requirements
  • 5 years experience in marketing business to business creative content and sales enablement required. 5 years experience in direct mail and email content creation required.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor

English Proficiency

  • Fluent

Other Critical Skills

  • Marketing execution with focus on digital optimization - Intermediate
  • Familiarity of UX / UI principles for digital purchasing - Intermediate
  • Project management and cross-functional skills - Intermediate
  • Ability to measure and understand outcomes based on ROI - Intermediate
