Job Summary
Leverages marketing analytics and supports the day-to-day execution of direct mail and email acquisition campaigns. Creates and manages campaigns that deliver on key KPIs of sales calls and premium, measuring and evaluating overall campaign effectiveness.
Partners closely with strategy leads to execute campaigns efficiently, ensuring accurate deployment, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
Essential Job Functions
- Supports end-to-end build-out of direct mail and email campaigns, including technical softwares, campaign setup, deployment, and execution across platforms.
- Leads management and optimization of in-market campaigns to deliver against key KPIs, including performance monitoring and ongoing data reporting.
- Executes email campaigns within marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud), including HTML coding, account personalization and template updates, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Supports direct mail production and deployment, including coordination of campaign elements, production timelines and vendor deliverables.
- Analyzes weekly campaign performance to feed into management reporting and supports audience management and segment creation within technology platforms.
- Supports weekly performance analysis to identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements to direct mail and email campaigns that drive efficient leads into the funnel for conversion.
- Partners with strategy leads, customer relationship team, and analytics teams to interpret performance results and translate insights into actionable campaign optimizations.
- Supports management of campaign budgets by tracking spend, partnering with Finance on actuals and forecasting, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Contributes to testing initiatives (e.g., audience targeting, creative, cadence) and supports execution of test-and-learn plans to improve campaign performance.
- Partners with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and high-quality campaign output.

- Email campaign build and execution experience including HTML coding, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Dreamweaver and Figma.

Skills Required
- 3-5 years related experience creating and managing paid display and social campaigns (including DV360, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube).
- Experience managing email marketing and/or direct mail campaigns.
- Track record of successful vendor management.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ability to build and execute email campaigns including audience segmentation, personalization, HTML updates, and QA.
