Are you passionate about data-driven marketing and campaign optimization? We're looking for a Marketing Campaign Analyst to help drive acquisition efforts through direct mail and email marketing programs. In this role, you'll leverage analytics, marketing technology, and customer insights to execute high-performing campaigns that generate qualified leads, drive sales engagement, and contribute directly to business growth.
You'll work closely with marketing strategists, analytics teams, finance partners, and external vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, optimized continuously, and measured effectively.
What You'll Do
- Execute end-to-end direct mail and email acquisition campaigns across multiple marketing platforms.
- Manage campaign deployment, monitoring, and optimization to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead generation, sales engagement, and premium growth.
- Build and execute email campaigns using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including audience segmentation, personalization, HTML updates, and quality assurance.
- Coordinate direct mail production and deployment, partnering with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights that improve audience engagement, response rates, and conversion outcomes.
- Collaborate with strategy, analytics, and customer relationship teams to translate performance data into optimization opportunities.
- Support audience management, segmentation strategies, and campaign targeting initiatives.
- Monitor campaign budgets, track spend, support forecasting activities, and identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency.
- Participate in A/B testing and test-and-learn initiatives focused on messaging, creative assets, audience targeting, and campaign cadence.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality marketing programs and exceptional execution.
