Main Responsabilities
- Bring strategic thinking to identify opportunities for efficiency gains through optimization, simplification, and automation.
- Design, develop, and implement automations with MS Power Platform, generative AI models and algorithms.
- Manage Production Incidents and Problems effectively.
- Drive towards meeting and exceeding ITSM KPIs based on the organization’s strategic goals.
- Foster an inclusive work environment and promote our company culture.
What You'll Accomplish
- Keep the ITSM team ahead of the curve by implementing automation solutions
- Continuously improve system uptime and reduce mean time to recovery (MTTR).
- Protect the stability and performance of production applications.
- Work with a cohesive and effective team of IT professionals committed to service delivery.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related discipline preferred OR equivalent experience.
- Full English Fluency
- 1 to 3 years of experience in AI development
- 3 to 5 years of experience in machine learning
Technical & Business Skills
- Gen AI Agents (Must)
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and 1 additionally within Machine Learning (Must)
- Hands-on experience in AI development, data analysis, and machine learning techniques. (AI Models) (Must)
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents (optional)
- Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations.
Soft Skills
- Problem-solving/Analytical Skills:
- Process Improvement Focus
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, including emails, reports, presentations, etc. Ability to calmly focus a group of resources on tasks required to recover business services during downtime.
