We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Executive Assistant to support our Business Head. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support—you will act as a strategic partner, helping drive key initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure operational excellence across the business.
Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare materials for meetings, including presentations, reports, and briefing documents.
- Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between the Business Head and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Project Management
- Support the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and tracking tools to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to gather updates and remove roadblocks.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Assist in prioritizing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Business Operations Support
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and generate insights to support decision-making.
- Track KPIs and help maintain dashboards for business performance.
- Coordinate internal communications and follow-ups on key action items.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 9+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
- Proven experience in project coordination or project management.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
