We are looking for a Director of Marketing and Sales Automation

This position is responsible for business planning, analysis and implementation of enterprise initiatives to support Agency Innovation and Digital Communications for Client Conversion and Retention in the marketing and commercial space. This includes oversight on all R&D related to innovative new projects to increase agency performance, including retail storefront innovation, technology innovation and cross functional projects that integrate business units with agency operations.

In charge of the digital communications platforms including Agency Dashboard and overhauling the current platform with new content to deliver increased agent participation in company strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build data‑driven lifecycle programs that improve onboarding, engagement, renewal, and cross‑sell performance
  • Lead campaign planning across digital, email, content, and partner channels with a focus on measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate with agency partners to strengthen brand presence, optimize messaging, and improve funnel performance
  • Analyze conversion metrics, retention trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Oversee segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies to improve marketing efficiency
  • Leads teams that develop technology support for innovative projects such as Agency Retail and other opportunities to attract and retain customers through the use of technology.
  • Liaison for other new technology projects such as Guidewire and Salesforce innovations.
  • Leads all operational aspects, content delivery, communications, and strategy for Agent Dashboard and Web content design shop for all new field facing initiatives such as Agency Vision, Smart Office, Leadership 411, Agent Promotions, FFR.
  • Develops ROI and coordinates strategies to implement new technologies within the Zone/Territory structure as well as test piloting new technology for Agents and District Managers.

Requirements
  • 7-9 years of experience in a Marketing/ Sales Position focused on Conversion and Retention
  • Insurance Experience in P&C (Very desirable) and Life (Very Desirable)
  • Open Experience in the Financial Industry, E-commerce
  • Full English Fluency
