The LAC Mastercard Send Regional Product Management team is looking for a technically oriented Product Manager to support the growth, performance and evolution of Mastercard Send across Latin America and the Caribbean.
This role will serve as a key technical and analytical partner to the Regional Send Product Management Director, working closely with regional markets, global product teams, business development, customer delivery, technology and other cross-functional partners.
The successful candidate will combine a strong understanding of payments and technical integrations with analytical and business acumen. The role requires someone who is comfortable exploring APIs, technical documentation, payment architectures, transaction flows and product performance data, and translating complex information into clear recommendations, product improvements and stakeholder communications
Role & Key Responsibilities Description• Serve as a key technical and analytical partner to the Regional Send Product Management Director, supporting the advancement of Mastercard Send priorities and strategic initiatives across LAC.• Develop a strong understanding of Mastercard Send's technical capabilities, APIs, integration models, transaction flows and solution architecture to support regional product initiatives and client solutions.• Partner with regional markets, global product teams, business development, customer delivery, operations and technology teams to assess technical requirements, product capabilities, implementation considerations and solution gaps.• Analyze client and market needs and translate them into product requirements, technical considerations and actionable recommendations.• Support the development of Product Requirements Documents, product intakes, business cases and other materials required to advance regional and global product initiatives.• Monitor product performance through data, dashboards and key performance indicators, identifying challenges, trends and areas of opportunity.• Work with large and complex datasets to support product performance analysis, regulatory reporting and fact-based decision-making.• Investigate product quality, technical and operational issues, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to identify root causes, track progress and recommend action plans.• Contribute to the identification and prioritization of product enhancements, upcoming capabilities and regional product gaps.• Incorporate an understanding of the broader payments ecosystem, including regulatory, legal, operational and technology considerations, into ongoing product management activities.• Support the evolution of Mastercard Send in LAC by contributing to product strategy, roadmap priorities, market readiness and incremental improvements throughout the product lifecycle.• Provide technical and product guidance to internal partners and clients during readiness, implementation, training and ongoing product support activities.• Create clear documentation and content related to Mastercard Send capabilities and regional processes, including internal guidance, client-facing product materials, presentations, training content and product communications.• Develop compelling, data-driven presentations and narratives to communicate product performance, strategic priorities, technical developments and recommendations to regional and global stakeholders.• Coordinate communications and training related to product updates, bulletins, guides, processes and new capabilities.• Stay informed about payment technology developments, competitive offerings and industry trends, bringing relevant insights into product discussions and recommendations.
All About You• Strong technical orientation, with experience understanding or supporting payment architectures, APIs, technical integrations, transaction processing, messaging or solution design.• Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to participate in meetings and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients across Latin America and the Caribbean.• Experience within payments, financial services, banking or financial technology, with an understanding of how funds and transaction information move across payment ecosystems.• Knowledge of payment flows and infrastructure, such as card-funded transactions, push payments, issuer and acquirer environments, real-time payments, digital wallets, alternative payment methods or cross-border payments.• Ability to interpret technical documentation, API specifications, integration requirements and diagrams and translate them into practical product, business or client considerations.• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to independently explore complex products and technologies, including reviewing technical manuals, investigating APIs and developing knowledge of unfamiliar solutions.• Strong analytical capabilities, including experience working with datasets, dashboards, product metrics and performance indicators to identify trends, diagnose challenges and support decision-making.• Experience contributing to product management, technical product management, solution consulting, technical implementation, payment operations, product development or another closely related function.• Availability to be in the office 3 times per week.

Skills Required
