Team Function:
- The Direct Analytics & Reporting team is responsible for the analyzing and reporting on performance for Direct stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, Farmers.com, Call Center Operations, and Customer Retention.
- We build dashboards and deliver insights that make a meaningful impact in the strategic direction of Farmers' business.
Role Description:
- We are seeking a senior IC to build the reporting and analytics capabilities for the newly formed Embedded & Affinity sales strategy team.
- This role will be heavily involved in defining new KPIs to measure the business, develop automated reporting, uncover insights, and present findings to senior stakeholders.
- While this will start as an independent contributor, this person may grow into a people leader role as the analytics & reporting needs of the Embedded & Affinity team expands.
