About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Solutions Analyst to partner with business teams in designing and implementing data-driven solutions that support key business outcomes. In this role, you will work on moderately complex projects focused on analytics, reporting, process improvements, and data integration initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with cross-functional teams, analyzing data from multiple sources, and developing solutions that support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
What You’ll Do

    • Partner with business stakeholders to design and implement data-centric solutions that support strategic and operational goals
    • Develop moderately complex analytics and reporting solutions to improve business processes and decision-making
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, define, and document analytics and business requirements
    • Create detailed business documentation, process flows, and reporting frameworks aligned with stakeholder needs
    • Act as a liaison between business teams, IT, and Product Management to support data solutions and enhancements
    • Develop and support enterprise-wide data integration strategies across multiple systems and data sources
    • Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and data platforms to meet evolving business needs
    • Support UAT activities, technical documentation, testing updates, and training initiatives
    • Ensure data quality, troubleshoot data issues, and implement solutions to improve accuracy and reliability
    • Analyze and manage data from multiple sources to support reporting and operational initiatives
    • Apply data standards and best practices while balancing regulatory, compliance, and business requirements
    • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and recommend innovative solutions to optimize workflows

    • Ability to work independently and manage moderately complex projects with minimal supervision
    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, Product Management, and business stakeholders
    • Familiarity with data platforms, data warehouses, and reporting tools
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
