About the Role
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Data & Analytics Analyst to support our Internal Sales operations at Farmers. In this role, you will work closely with the Internal Sales Manager and Agent Center team, providing operational insights and data solutions that drive efficiency and business performance.

What You’ll Do
- Support the Internal Sales Manager with data analysis and operational insights
- Partner with the Agent Center team to support high-volume production and business fulfillment
- Analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
- Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI preferred) to enhance visibility and decision-making
- Consolidate and integrate multiple data sources into clear, user-friendly outputs
- Streamline and automate manual processes currently reliant on Excel
- Present data insights in a clear, simple, and impactful way to stakeholders
- Collaborate with audit agencies, ensuring compliance and investigation processes are properly managed
- Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and propose improvements
- Identify new opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Experience in data analytics, business analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)
- Ability to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
