About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and strategic professional to support Agile Release Train (ART) execution, coordination, and delivery. This role acts as a key partner across product, business, and technology teams, helping ensure backlog readiness, delivery alignment, stakeholder communication, and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate combines Agile delivery knowledge, analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and operational rigor to support complex cross-functional initiatives and drive consistent delivery outcomes.
What You’ll Do- Develop and execute comprehensive UAT test plans, including test objectives, scenarios, and quality criteria.
- Analyze test results and validate that acceptance criteria are met prior to release.
- Identify defects, support troubleshooting, and contribute to root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and Agile teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Support change management and ensure smooth code transition across environments.
- Track and report testing progress using defect logs and tracking tools.
- Assist in resolving environment-related issues and support implementation activities.
- Provide guidance on testing tools and best practices to junior testers (Levels I and II).
- Oversee workflow, task distribution, and coordination to meet service levels.
- Contribute to lead training and mentoring of team members.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience on the field
- 5+ years of experience in testing or related field
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
