Requirements
Summary:
This role is responsible for executing integrated marketing communication strategies and plans to corporate accounts at the regional market level. Supports stakeholders to drive growth and influence and implement the communication strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes marketing strategies and account management for regional markets.
- This role will support up to 500 employer accounts having less than 5,000 employees.
- Responsible for supporting, developing, and executing campaign marketing; pulling or requesting mail files, submitting jobs into production, and completing all other collateral print requests.
- Supports day to day execution of Local Market program and operates as the Execution point of contact
- Customizes and executes marketing content including the translation and cobranding of all materials including direct mail pieces, emails, disclosures and additional supplemental materials.
- Collaborates with client representatives to ensure content is edited for specific audiences.
- Recommends and delivers account customization request to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Monitors and tracks all communication tactics in CRM systems including entering planned and approved mail for the year, adding executed mail dates, updating notes on accounts, and ensuring integrity of all other account related data.
- Review campaign performance and make recommendations based on success of current communication tactics

- Experience with Salesforce CRM (1-3 years)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (1-3 years)

- Ability to customize, translate, and co-brand marketing materials for local markets
