Job Status:

- Hybrid, in person during in season, remote during off season
What you will do:
- Manages and grows the volunteer program at the Farm, including advertising, onboarding, instruction, supervision, communication and record-keeping.
- Promotes efficacy of programming and production through data collection and evaluation.
- Oversees efficient coordination of the day-to-day logistics of the Farm. Provides comprehensive operations and administration support across all aspects of Farm programming, including planning events, managing use of space by partners, planning and executing retreats for colleagues and ensuring protocols for site use and safety are followed.
- Coordinates and independently manages the Farm’s onsite food pantry, including inventory, membership, data tracking and process improvement.
- Manages the Farm’s social media to increase visibility and participation in Farm programs in coordination with Farm staff.
What you will need:
- Education: Associates degree or equivalent. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree with preference given to backgrounds in program management, health care administration, public health or community services.
- Strong knowledge of program management
- Proven ability to manage complex systems and maintain order and safety
- Preferred: Event planning and volunteer coordination and management experience.
- Ability to work outdoors in all seasons.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required for events and other duties.
