As a Fantasy Sports Operations Associate, you'll play a pivotal role on our Lobby Live Operations Team and help ensure the highest quality experience for our consumers. You'll utilize data and collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize merchandising strategies, ensuring that contests are accurately posted and executed. In this role, you will monitor contest entries, repost as necessary to drive participation and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Leverage data and merchandising strategies to inform selections of contests available to players.
- Ensure contest mixes are properly executed and monitor contest entries.
- Repost contests as needed to drive participation and achieve targets.
- Maintain knowledge of the sports landscape and continually identify and manage complex situations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes.
- Work flexible days and hours aligned with sports schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar field.
- Proficiency with Excel and basic knowledge of SQL and Snowflake are a plus.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight time constraints.
- Knowledge of and passion for fantasy sports.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 52,100.00 USD - 65,100.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
