  •  Znalosti fyziky polovodičů a elektrických součástek. 
  •  Zkušenosti se systémy pro přípravu a sledování vzorků výhodou – elektronová a rentgenová mikroskopie. 
  •  Vynikající analytické schopnosti a schopnost řešit problémy. 
  •  Týmový hráč s velmi dobrými komunikačními dovednostmi. 
  •  Znalost angličtiny.
