Operates and monitors facility equipment during shift work, records operating conditions, performs adjustments and equipment switching, and responds initially to equipment failures and utility issues. The role coordinates incident response, supports operational improvements, follows safety, environmental, and quality management systems, and works to reduce risks and prevent accidents. Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment, including rotating machinery, materials, and reading drawings, or basic electrical knowledge, including AC, DC, resistance, and measurement methods
- Basic PC skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Relevant facility-related public qualifications or motivation to obtain them
- Japanese-language communication skills
- General knowledge of facility equipment
- Ability to communicate regularly and build cooperative relationships
