The Role
Operate and monitor facility equipment, perform adjustments and equipment changeovers, and record inspection logs. Provide first-response to equipment or utility faults, coordinate remediation and communication, and support continuous improvement, safety, and quality management systems in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Skills Required
- General knowledge of mechanical equipment (rotating machinery, materials, reading drawings) OR general electrical knowledge (AC/DC, resistance, measurement methods)
- Basic PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Possession of basic facility-related public certifications or willingness to obtain them
- Japanese communication skills
- General knowledge of facility equipment and semiconductor process/equipment basics (preferred, company training provided)
- Ability to build cooperative relationships and communicate regularly
- Proactive problem-solving and ability to propose and execute improvements
- General knowledge of safety, disaster prevention, environmental protection, and related laws (company training provided)
- Experience using AI tools (preferred)
