Role
This position will be responsible for working with the Senior Facilities & Events manager, EMEA in managing the London office in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards in the areas of budget management & administration, physical facilities management and employee relations. This is an entry level position.
Responsibilities:
- Managing vendors who supply snacks and lunches
- Address any repair issues with office equipment or within the space
- Review and distribute all mail
- Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Cover Senior Facilities Manager when they are out of office
- Work with all maintenance vendors to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner
- Ad hoc projects as assigned
