You will be working with a company established in 1986, this Saudi insurance provider operates under cooperative principles aligned with Islamic Shariah. It serves individuals and businesses with a wide range of products, including health, motor, property, and Takaful. With SAR 1.25 billion in capital, it ranks among the top insurers in the region, generating over SAR 14 billion in premiums.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate innovation workshops, hackathons, and brainstorming sessions to generate impactful ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and co-create solutions that align with business goals.
• Champion a structured innovation framework (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup) and train teams in applying it.
• Build and manage an internal idea incubation pipeline, tracking projects from concept to implementation.
• Evaluate ideas based on feasibility, viability, and customer desirability.
• Stay current with market trends, emerging technologies, and insurtech developments to inspire innovation.
• Promote knowledge sharing, experimentation, and continuous learning across departments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Innovation Management, Business, Design, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in innovation, design thinking, strategy, or digital transformation roles.
• Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ideation.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
