About the Role:
- Developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets for facade projects
- Interpreting architectural designs, creating facade models, and proposing design solutions.
- Collaborating with design teams, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless interface and coordination of facade elements.
- Inspecting and supervising facade construction, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
- Monitoring and managing project budgets, identifying potential cost overruns, and proposing cost-saving measures.y.
- Providing regular progress reports to stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and consultants
- Addressing technical challenges, resolving conflicts, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure the contract between client and Cushman & Wakefield is implemented.
About You:
- B.E. Civil
- 7 Years & above of relevant experience
- Should have completed at least 1-2 Commercial projects end to end during the tenure
- Candidate working with Project Management Consultancy would be preferred
- Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works
- Excellent organizational and motivational skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
