業務詳細 • 安全トレーニングを受講し, マイクロン安全ポリシーに従い業務を遂行する。• WET/CMPエリア内でのプロセス改善活動をリードする。• 高品質の量産技術の確立に向けて, 多角的に活動し改善を進める。• システムの改善を提案• 実行し, 生産性を向上させる業務を進める。• プロセス異常品に対して的確な処置判断を行い, 安全かつ迅速にロットをリリースする。• 慢性的な問題に対し, Projectをリードし改善を進める。• 24時間FabをまわせるSustaining teamを構築していく。
要件（全条件を必ずしも満足してなくてもよい。） • 基本的な半導体に関する知識を有する。• 最先端技術に興味を持ち, 仕事に前向きに取り組むことができる。• 半導体関係工場にて, エンジニアまたはテクニシャン（T3以上）としての経験を１年以上有する。• 社内• 社外問わず, 関係部門とコミュニケーションを図る能力を有する。• 日本語でのコミュニケーションを円滑に行う事ができる。• Microsoft Office（Excel, PowerPoint, Word）などの基本的なソフトウェアを使用できる。• データに基づいた問題点抽出や課題の整理を行い, 改善を進めることができる。• 物理化学• 機械• 電気等の基礎知識について, 大学卒業以上の知識を有することが望ましい。• 自己管理（業務面, 健康面）ができる。• 英語の辞書を用いた読み書きができる（英語を学ぶ意欲がある）。

Skills Required
- 1+ year experience as an engineer or technician in semiconductor manufacturing (T3 or above)
- Basic semiconductor knowledge
- Ability to communicate in Japanese
- Proficiency in basic software like Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Desire to learn English reading and writing
- Bachelor's degree or higher in physical chemistry, mechanics, or electrical subjects
