- Experience in semiconductor wet/process engineering and process development
- Ability to set up, optimize, and control process parameters on semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Experience driving process capability improvement and cost reduction initiatives
- Skills in root cause analysis and implementing corrective/preventive actions for manufacturing abnormalities
- Experience evaluating, qualifying, and implementing new equipment and materials for production
- Experience building, operating, and optimizing process control and management systems
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve yield, quality, and productivity
- Familiarity with generative AI and data analytics tools to support documentation, knowledge sharing, and decision-making
