Department Intro:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce variability.
• Strictly monitor and analyze process data to determine root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement new technologies and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards by adhering to strict protocols and procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff to maintain outstanding operational performance.
• Establish and improve process condition and technology.
• Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
• Abnormal analysis and improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a similar engineering environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex problems effectively.
• Outstanding collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a diverse team.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and meet ambitious deadlines.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in a semiconductor fab or related industry.
• Demonstrated track record of implementing process improvements and achieving measurable results.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and other quality improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of industry norms and common approaches in semiconductor manufacturing.
