- Follow schedule to run correct parts and quantities in the correct order.
- Assists with set up as qualified. Read and interpret blue prints and job travelers to select proper tooling and/or fixtures, spacers, etc.
- Safely operate machines per guidelines, standard practices, and/or work instructions to produce parts to specifications in desired standard times.
- Reads work order and/or blue prints to determine dimensions and tolerances and specific type of material to cut. Verify dimensions and material on work order match dimensions and material called out on print. Measure and layout part length as needed.
- Sets up saw for desired speed and feed to achieve correct cut and quantities
- Verifies first piece to print and completes inspection documentation as required.
- Reviews, completes, and submits all job paperwork to appropriate personnel.
Requirements:
Non-fixed weekly rest days; must be willing to accept scheduling and cooperate with overtime.
Ability to read and interpret documents, instructions, and procedure manuals; above average oral and verbal communication skills, math skills .
Additional Skills Preferred (but not required):
With PCB/Assembly-related experience will be given priority consideration.
