Our CFO Advisory Services team helps our clients scale for growth and manage significant business transactions. Assisting the Senior Consultant in working collaboratively with a diverse set of colleagues to serve clients in the areas of financial accounting matters and business processes such as: Financial Reporting, Audit Preparation, Interim Finance Management, Post Transaction integration, Financial Analysis, Forecasting & Budgeting, IPO Readiness, and Technical Accounting.

Assisting the Senior Consultant in gathering data, perform analysis, design, and develop, test and deploy business solutions

Develop an understanding of and capability in accounting, financial and database software

Work as an individual contributor and as part of a team to support client engagements

Develop administrative, professional, and interpersonal skills to the extent of being able to organize, analyze and communicate with others in a productive and efficient manner

Educational requirements

BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business-related field or relevant work experience is required.
Experience requirements

Preference for minimum 1 year of experience in a public accounting firm, consulting firm, or operational accounting role

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point)

Pursuing a CPA licensure or CPA preferred.

Well-rounded knowledge of accounting principles

Ability to problem-solve and analyze basic issues
