The salary for this role is up to £30,000 per annum dependent on skills and experience.
We’re looking for someone to come and act as a subject matter expert across all things Financial Advice systems, playing a key role in how our internal systems are used across the business. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to identify, influence and drive improvements in the accuracy, efficiency, and usability of the systems and the data they hold, helping to enhance both colleague and customer experience. Acting as a central point of contact for any system related issues, you’ll support the smooth delivery of change through strong collaboration, effective issue resolution and the upskilling of colleagues.

You will join the FA Systems Team of c.13 colleagues, a mixture of MI Consultants, Analysts, and Specialists – working with stakeholders across the business to drive improvements to FA systems.

What Will You Be Doing?
Analyse the root cause of issues and escalate to the relevant departments
Assist business areas to propose change requests and support the submission of change requests to the relevant teams
Facilitate and participate in an FA Systems monthly change meeting and communicate any key information to the relevant business areas
Support system changes and new releases from a testing perspective
Share and build knowledge with other FA Systems Analysts and apply a wider perspective to problem solving
Communicate information relating to changes to any relevant business areas.
Aid business areas with training, MI requirements and Focus procedure manuals
What Do We Need From You?
Effective communication skills - ability to question to understand colleague experiences and requirements, and translate complex solutions to non-technical users in a way that’s easy to understand
Attention to detail when analysing data from multiple sources
A curious approach to identifying issues or improvements and understand root causes, to look at preventative measures
Experience either in a similar analytical or testing role, or strong background in Financial Services/Financial Advice
Ability to think flexibly, bring curiosity and challenge the way we do things
