As a Finance & Administration intern, you will have the opportunity to work with our regional and international F&A teams to support finance operations, data management, process automation, and customer service in our Hong Kong hub.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to acquire valuable practical experience in the finance department of a multi-national company, modern know-how for data analysis, interesting insights in business operations, along with on-hand skills in automation and customer service organisation.
Responsibilities
Assist with routine financial transactions and documentation
Perform data entry and verification tasks
Support month-end closing and reconciliation processes
Maintain and organize financial and business data in internal systems
Assist in automating financial reports using spreadsheets, scripting, or BI tools
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports
Learn and work on basic programming tasks to optimize data workflows
Candidate Profile
Study major or experience in Data Management, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.)
Basic knowledge of programming (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python, SQL) is a plus
Strong analytical skills with a desire to develop these skills
Responsible and able to handle confidential financial data
Proficiency in using MS Office, experience in BI tools is a plus

You are analytical and enjoy solving problems, especially related to process improvement and automation
