You will report to General Manager or General Sales Manager.
What You'll Bring
- 2-3 years Dealership F&I Manager experience at a high-volume store REQUIRED
- Strong Customer Service Focus REQUIRED
- Attention to detail and CIT REQUIRED
- Team player that works well with others REQUIRED
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals REQUIRED
- Import experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
- CDK experience PREFERRED
- Ready to have fun while making customer happy REQUIRED!
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total Rewards
The California salary pay range for this position is $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 annually. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Product and Reserve Income and Individual Net PVR, Product Penetration, Manufacturer Approvability.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
