- Oversee all finance and insurance operations for new and used vehicle sales
- Present and explain financing, leasing, and protection product options clearly and effectively
- Structure deals to maximize profitability while ensuring a transparent and positive customer experience
- Submit credit applications and negotiate with lenders to secure optimal financing terms
- Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Accurately prepare, process, and finalize all contracts and paperwork
- Partner with the sales team to drive performance and achieve monthly F&I targets
- Audit deals post-sale and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure timely funding of all contracts
- Stay up to date on industry trends, lender programs, and compliance requirements
- Proven success as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership
- Strong knowledge of finance, insurance products, and compliance regulations
- Track record of high PVR and consistent performance
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiency in dealership management and CRM systems
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license required
