This exciting role is to represent Systems Engineering within a Product Line as a Product Line Discipline Lead (PLDL) where you will have direct insight and influence into the development of these products. In this role you will make impacts in the following ways;

• Create and oversee high performance teams and their resources such as tools, process and best practices as they develop products over the full product lifecycle.
• You will have some people management responsibilities and/or be a technical contributor to our product development blending leadership and technical talent. The balance of these roles will enable deeper insights and more direct influence.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science and 8 years of work experience.
• Experience with Systems engineering development of DoD systems
• EW system design experience and product development (System V diagram)
• Project leadership on DoD programs
• Technical team leadership
• Strong skill in people management and team collaboration within systems engineering and across the disciplines
• Able to evaluate root cause and timely decision making
• Able to lead a team to adapt to changes effectively

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• M.S. in either Systems, Software, or Electrical Engineering.
• Active DoD Top Secret security clearance.
• Additional technical depth in specific areas of EW such as Electronic Attack (EA) or Electronic Support Measures (ESM)
• Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience.
• System Modeling

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
