With over 300 specialized associates and around 15 nationalities, Bosch activities in Lisbon are focusing on sales, marketing, communication, training, nearshoring services and shared support for human resources services to Europe. Our HR Service Europe was established as the first cross-border HR service within Bosch. We provide support and development of IT infrastructure tools, data management, training, recruitment and administration to over 40 countries worldwide.
Job DescriptionYour contribution to something big:
- Manage expatriate related processes around the whole employee lifecycle (contracting, salary reviews, reporting, KPIs);
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and other HR community members, not only ensuring that HR orders and requests are completed within the defined timelines but also helping with consultancy in international assignments procedures, explaining the policies, procedures, laws, and standards to associates (assignees).
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Preference in degree in Organizational Human Resources Management or other Social/ Management areas;
- Knowledge: Microsoft Office knowledge (MsWord and MsExcel);
- Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese (mandatory);
- Personality: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities and organization.
