We're Hiring | Exterior Trims System Design Engineer

We're looking for professionals with excellent communication, strong technical expertise, and hands-on experience in automotive exterior trims development.
Skills Required
- B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 3–8 years or 8–12 years of experience in automotive exterior trims design and product development
- Strong hands-on experience with CATIA V5 surfacing, solid modeling, assembly, DMU, and drafting
- Experience designing automotive exterior systems such as bumpers, grilles, energy absorbers, claddings, and wheel arch liners
- Experience with style surface feasibility, draft and tooling analysis, packaging studies, benchmarking, and concept development
- Knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFS, GD&T, DFMEA, DVP, stack-up analysis, master sections, RPS, and hard-point creation
- Knowledge of tooling, materials, color, texture, and CAE requirements implementation
- Experience with PLM Connect
- Excellent communication and strong technical expertise
- For 8–12 year candidates: team handling, customer coordination, project management, vehicle-level DMU, ECN and assembly reviews, and ownership of project planning, quality, and delivery
