About the Role

In line with our continued growth in Melbourne, we are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced consulting professionals at Senior Manager and Director level to join our Advisory Consulting and Digital team. 

In this role, you will lead the delivery of complex transformation and strategy engagements across a diverse client base, with a strong focus on government, financial services and the not-for-profit sectors. You will play a key role in shaping client outcomes from strategy through to implementation, while also contributing to the growth and development of our consulting and digital practice. 

This is a highly visible, client-facing role that combines delivery leadership, stakeholder engagement and business development, offering the opportunity to influence both client outcomes and the future direction of our Advisory business. 

 

About the Team 

Our Advisory Consulting and Digital team partners with organisations to solve complex business challenges and deliver sustainable, practical outcomes. We specialise in: 

  • Strategy and transformation 

  • Operating model design and optimisation 

  • Process improvement and organisational uplift 

  • Digital change  

Working across public and private sectors, the team is focused on delivering high-quality, impact-driven engagements while building long-term client relationships. 

As part of a growing Melbourne practice, you will have the opportunity to contribute to shaping our market presence, developing client offerings, and mentoring the next generation of consultants. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of consulting and digital engagements, from initial scoping through to execution and client outcomes 

  • Manage senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.

  • Lead and facilitate workshops, steering committees, and key project forums 

  • Oversee the development of high-quality deliverables including reports, proposals, and presentations 

  • Provide leadership and coaching to the team 

  • Contribute to the development of new service offerings, methodologies, and internal capability 

  • Drive business development activity, including Identifying and pursuing new opportunities, leveraging existing networks to build pipeline and leading proposal development / pitch processes 

  • Support the growth of the Melbourne Advisory Consulting and Digital practice through market engagement and thought leadership 

 

About You 

You are an experienced consulting professional who combines strong delivery capability with a commercial and growth mindset. You will bring: 

  • Significant experience within a consulting or professional services environment (Big 4 or similar mid-tier preferred) 

  • Proven track record delivering transformation, strategy, or operating model engagements 

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior executives 

  • Demonstrated experience leading projects and teams in a client-facing environment 

  • Experience contributing to business development, including building client networks and winning work 

  • Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of market dynamics 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality client deliverables 

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a collaborative working style
