Job Description

KordaMentha is working with governments, not-for-profits and the private sector on a range of their most complex challenges. This includes in transport, infrastructure, energy, international development, water and utilities, the environment, housing and real estate, defence and national security, health and education.

Our team is growing rapidly. We are seeking expressions of interest from consultants at all levels.

You'll play a key role in growing our team, working with clients and engagement teams to deliver complex projects and supporting strategic business development activities.

We are seeking experienced consultants from a range of disciplines to join our Canberra team:

  • Governance risk and compliance
  • Financial and commercial advisory
  • Infrastructure and major projects
  • Program design and evaluation
  • Program and project risk
  • Technology strategy and design
  • Cyber security advisory and review
  • Data analytics and financial modelling
  • Property and real estate
  • Procurement and supply chain
  • Restructuring, insolvency & turnaround

Qualifications

For all team members:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to distil and present complex issues clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly the ability to address unstructured or ambiguous problems through application of logical and systematic techniques
  • Consulting or advisory experience
  • Excellent relationship building skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse client and internal stakeholders  
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government security clearance.
