This includes in transport, infrastructure, energy, international development, water and utilities, the environment, housing and real estate, defence and national security, health and education.

For all team members:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to distil and present complex issues clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly the ability to address unstructured or ambiguous problems through application of logical and systematic techniques
- Consulting or advisory experience
- Excellent relationship building skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse client and internal stakeholders
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government security clearance.
