You will play a crucial role in supporting the communication between our company and its shareholders, investors, and financial analysts. You will assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and other communication materials. Your responsibilities will include conducting financial analysis, monitoring industry trends, and providing support for investor meetings and conferences.
Your Day-to-Day
Financial Analysis:
-Assist in the analysis of financial data, including quarterly and annual reports.
-Work closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis team to update, interpret and/or articulate financial models and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
-Conduct industry research and analyze financial performance relative to industry benchmarks.
Investor Communication:
-Assist in the preparation and dissemination of investor presentations, earnings releases, and other communication materials.
-Support the organization of investor meetings, conference calls, and roadshows.
-Respond to investor inquiries and maintain relationships with shareholders and financial analysts.
Market Intelligence:
-Monitor financial news, market trends, and competitor activities.
-Prepare regular reports on industry and market trends to support decision-making.
-Assist in the preparation of competitive analysis reports.
ESG:
-Coordinate and liaise with various teams across departments and regions to gather and verify the data required for external reporting on various disclosures.
-Perform ESG benchmark studies for industry peers and improvement of disclosures
-Assist in the data analysis and preparation of related presentations and reports.
Administrative Support:
-Maintain investor relations databases, contact lists, and other relevant documentation.
-Assist in the organization of investor events, including logistics and materials preparation.
-Provide general administrative support to the Investor Relations team and manage ad-hoc ad-hoc research projects as requested by the management.

Your Know-How
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while meeting deadlines.

- Knowledge of capital markets and investment principles is a plus.
