What You'll Do
- Greeting customers and conducting initial vehicle check-ins.
- Clearly communicating service requirements and timelines to customers.
- Advising customers on necessary and recommended services.
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
- Delivering exceptional customer service that reflects our values and culture.
What You'll Bring
- 1+ years of experience in an automotive service role is preferred but not required.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales
- Mathematics – calculating service costs and counting change.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
- A team player who values collaboration and building relationships.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
