What You'll Do
- Welcome clients when they arrive
- Determine the nature of the client's visit
- Inform the Estimator of the client's arrival
- Order Parts
- Write PO's and invoices
- Schedule appointments for our Estimator via email, phone, and in person
- Provide information to appropriate store personnel regarding client needs and expectations
- Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary
- Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas
- Maintain a consistent level of communication with our Estimators and Managers
What You'll Bring
