As our Export Sales Executive, you'll work at the intersection of customer relationships, market insights, and commercial performance, helping support our international sales programmes. What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll work alongside our Export Sales Managers to support customer relationships, coordinate sales programmes, analyse commercial information, and contribute to demand planning and forecasting. Key responsibilities will include:
- Support the Export Sales Managers with customer engagement, business reviews and sales reporting
- Coordinate forecasts, demand planning, fruit allocations and programme data across markets, working closely with Logistics and other internal teams
- Provide customers with supply updates and support with requests
- Analyse market trends, pricing, customer profitability and programme performance to support better decision-making
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate manual processes and improve reporting
What You Bring:
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, data and technology, and who can turn information into meaningful commercial insights. You’ll bring:
- Experience in customer service, sales support, administration or a commercial environment
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capability
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work to deadlines
- A data-driven approach, with the ability to interpret information and communicate insights clearly
- A relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous
