Supports export sales managers with customer engagement, business reviews, sales reporting, forecasts, demand planning, fruit allocations, and supply updates across international markets. Analyzes market trends, pricing, profitability, and program performance to inform decisions. Coordinates with logistics and internal teams while identifying automation and reporting improvements. The role offers development toward international sales or export management.

A 12–18 month graduate programme (starting Jan 2027) with 2–3 rotations across orchards, post‑harvest, and business support. Gain hands‑on horticulture experience, mentoring, technical and commercial skills, and industry networking with pathway opportunities into horticulture careers.

Lead and provide hands-on technical expertise across orchard operations: manage spray programmes, guide maturity monitoring and harvest readiness, align labour with maturity, oversee irrigation and redevelopment projects, and translate R&D into practical improvements to optimize fruit quality, yield and orchard performance.

Manage day-to-day orchard operations including tree care, seasonal maintenance, supervising and training team members, enforcing safety, adopting new tools/automation, and improving processes to ensure efficient, high-quality apple production.

Lead applied harvest research and laboratory operations to convert maturity data and trial results into practical harvest and post-harvest recommendations. Execute trials, collect and analyse fruit maturity data, support data systems and technology improvements, and provide technical support to orchard and post-harvest teams. Manage, coach, and develop the laboratory team to ensure scientific accuracy and timely technical outputs that inform evidence-based harvest decision making.
