Our headquarters are located in Langeskov, Denmark, and we employ approximately 200 people, including colleagues in our subsidiaries in Sweden, Norway, UK and China.

As Export Manager you will report to our Global Sales Director, and you will own the commercial development of your assigned markets, working closely with distributors, customers, Product Management, Marketing, and colleagues across our global organization.
You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to strengthen the KRUUSE brand, identify new business opportunities, and drive sustainable sales growth.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with KRUUSE's global commercial strategy.
- Build and strengthen relationships with distributors and key customers across Central Eastern Europe.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our market presence.
- Drive profitable sales growth while managing budgets and commercial performance.
- Develop local marketing and promotional initiatives together with Marketing and Product Management.
- Position our products effectively in competitive markets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
- Prepare market analyses, forecasts, business cases, and performance reports.
- Manage Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships and educational activities.
- Collaborate across functions to ensure successful product launches and commercial execution.
- Represent KRUUSE at customer meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
- Approximately 90 travel days per year should be expected.
Who you are
We imagine you bring several years of experience in international B2B export sales and a proven track record within the CEE market. As a person you are proactive, independent, and motivated by delivering measurable results.
Qualifications:
- Experience from the veterinary, medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare or related industries.
- Strong commercial acumen and business development skills.
- Experience managing budgets, sales pipelines, and forecasting.
- A structured and data-driven approach to sales planning.
- Strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with sales data.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and general IT skills.
- A relevant commercial degree or equivalent business experience.
- Fluency in English. Additional European languages (e.g. Polish and/or Czech) are considered an advantage.
