The Role

Job Description
We have a phenomenal opportunity for an expert Export Key Account to make a difference at Kraft Heinz! The role is based in Milan, working in the Italian Business Unit with a team full of performance driven peers. You report directly to the Sales Manager Export having a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. Improving and growing the business, by encouraging and developing relationships with new distributors, importers and Key Accounts at an international level will be your primary responsibility.

In brief, you will be responsible for :

  • Develop relationships and grow sales with a portfolio of existing distributors according with the Company strategy;


  • Initiate commercial relationships with targeted new prospects distributors to activate and develop


  • Forecast and analyse of the monthly sales


  • Lead the design of annual joint business plans and contracts by client to reach the Company objectives


  • Represent the company and its activities towards the outside


  • Map potential markets and contact distributors to export our infant portfolio in developed countries (US , France, Germany, Spain)


Qualifications
Hard Skills & capabilities

  • Bachelor or Master degree


  • 2 years of proven experience in driving sales growth within international key accounts, preferably in food & Beverage industry


  • Existing network of business relationship with Distributors in African, Eastern Europe and Middle East markets


  • Proficient in English;


  • The knowledge of French and/or Arabic will be considered a plus


  • Good command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel


  • EU Working Permit needed (Orientation Year Visa not included)


  • Solid negotiation skills and positive relationship builder


  • Available for frequent market visits (approx. 50% of the time)
