We are looking for Export Documentation Specialist with English & Polish to be recruited in Poland.
This is a temporary position offered under a fixed-term employment contract (expected to end by the end of this year)
Location: Warsaw
Work arrangement: Hybrid model, up to 50% of time per week in the office
As a Export Documentation Specialist your key tasks will include but are not limited to following:
Managing invoicing: Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
Handling export documentation in compliance with EU directives, tax and customs regulations, customer requirements, and SE internal policies
Preparing other documentation related to import or export of goods
Performing tasks related to invoicing: Support in activities such as credit notes, adjustments and reconciliation
Processing complaints and credit notes
Monitoring documentation related flows
Team support: Providing backup for team members during their absence
Managing external and internal audit processes in accordance to guidelines
Handling activities related to Trade Finance services
Special roles: Opportunity to grow in areas related to process and tool development
Onboarding new employees: Training and support during the handover of initial markets
An ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
University degree or relevant work experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in the area of Supply Chain/Customer Service/Order fulfilment
Good communication skills in both verbal and written English (min. B2), other languages are an advantage.
Prior experience in process optimalization & improvement, automation and/or process mining would be an asset.
Good understanding of topics related to Export Documents
Proactive in learning new tools and driving developments
Understanding of operational procedures and process flows. Ability to model logical workflows and decision rules
Understanding of Terms of Payment and Terms of delivery

Skills Required
- University degree or relevant work experience
