Job Description
- Become part of our team as Export Control Compliance Manager with responsibility for compliance with global export control regulations and policies.
- Also, you will be responsible for implementation and monitoring of the requirements for the Global Standards and Procedures within the area of responsibility.
- You will be in charge for the consulting of all Export Control related questions in Germany and you will the responsible contact person for selected divisions.
- Also you will manage internal & external audits.
- Furthermore, you have an active role in monitoring of national export control law changes.
- Finally, you will continuously monitor the business activities with special focus on circumvention and review and release of business models or individual transactions.
Qualifications
- Education: completed university degree in business administration or business law or a comparable subject
- Experience and Knowledge: demonstrated knowledge of export controls; professional experience in the field of foreign trade; experience in ERP systems software; skilled and familiar with IT systems (Office, SAP etc.)
- Personality and Working Practice: You are an assertive and reliable team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills including a cross functional team spirit and Compliance mindset; You have inter-cultural experience and a structured-, quality- and result-oriented way of working with analytical skills
- Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English and German
Additional Information
*In accordance with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least 113.000 EUR for a 40h week (for a full year of employment and fullfilment of the company´s eligibility requirements). The individual salary depends on your job-specific experience. In addition, you will receive a bonus based on the company's success, as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
